You may have noticed the recent delay in uploads. The bad news: I was in a serious car accident last Thursday evening (June 9th @ 4:05pm) in which I suffered a collapsed lung, a broken rib, a broken left tibia, a hair fracture on my right ankle, a broken collarbone, and some muscular tissue damage on my left arm. Which means I am non-weight bearing on all four extremities and must stay in bed for several weeks. I also had a bunch of photo equipment in the vehicle with me, my Canon 70-200mm lens was damaged but still works! My beloved Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8 DX, however, is ruined! My SB-600 flash was also completely broken. The good news: I'm alive and I am surrounded by people who love and care for me! My Canon 50D and Nikon D90 survived the accident damage free along with my MacBook Pro! A friend of our family Liz Funk has set up an online fund raiser to help replace my Nikon lens that was ruined in the accident.
